Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Snazzlo (“Snazzlo”, “we”, “us”) for using snazzlo.com, the Snazzlo studio, our iOS app and the websites we host (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. The Service

Snazzlo uses AI to build, edit and host websites, with forms, visitor statistics, custom domains and optional connections to other services. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to buy anything. Keep your account secure; you're responsible for activity on it. Tell us at hello@snazzlo.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Free. Each account gets $50 of building free, once, used across all its sites (paid or free); it doesn't reset. The first site you publish is hosted free, at a snazzlo.com address we assign or your own domain, with a small “Made with Snazzlo” label. Your free site stays your free site; taking it down or deleting it doesn't make another site free.
  • Pay as you go. After the included building, changes are billed for the work they take, monthly in arrears on the 1st, to the card you add. A change already in progress when your included building runs out is finished; further changes need a card on file. You set a spending limit; work pauses when your unpaid balance reaches it.
  • Paid sites. Every other hosted site is $99 a year or $10 a month, billed in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. Hosting doesn't include building. Paid sites can use a name you choose and have no label. If you cancel, the site stays paid until the end of the period you paid for; after that, a site that isn't your free site goes offline after 7 days until it's paid for again. Nothing is deleted.

Prices are shown before you pay and exclude taxes, which you're responsible for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we may pause paid work until it's settled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Your content

You own the content you give us and the websites we build for you. You give Snazzlo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, display and adapt that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service, including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, such as photos, logos, text and trademarks.

5. AI-generated content

Websites, text and images are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Review your site before you publish it, especially prices, hours, contact details and claims about your business. To the extent we have any rights in what the Service generates for you, we assign them to you. Similar content may be generated for other users.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • impersonate others, phish, or publish deceptive or fraudulent sites;
  • distribute malware, spam, or content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence or harasses others;
  • collect sensitive personal information from visitors without proper notice and consent;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its limits or security; or
  • resell the Service or access it by automated means without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend sites or accounts that break these rules.

7. Your website and its visitors

You're responsible for your website and how you use information it collects from visitors, including form responses, and for giving visitors any notices the law requires.

8. Connected services and domains

When you connect another service, you authorize us to access it on your behalf to do what you ask, and your use of it remains subject to that service's terms. You can disconnect it at any time. If you use your own domain, you're responsible for registering and renewing it; we don't sell domains.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@snazzlo.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or if we must for legal reasons; where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to download your content. Sections 4 to 6 and 10 to 14 continue after your access ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the Service or any website will be uninterrupted, error-free or bring you customers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Snazzlo won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100.

12. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify Snazzlo against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your website, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California, and you and Snazzlo consent to their jurisdiction.

14. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
